First Aid for Life is delighted to be working in partnership with The Central London Alliance in attempting to set a new world record for the largest Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) round the clock relay, with an ambitious target of 4,000 participants – we would love your help.

If you already have a first aid certificate, all you need to do is upload it when booking your timeslot to take part.

If you haven’t undertaken a first aid course, every participant will receive basic CPR training on the day. Whether or not the record is broken, thousands more people will leave with the knowledge and confidence to act in an emergency. It’s a world record attempt with a lasting legacy.

To qualify for the record, the CPR relay must run continuously for 39 hours. Making every participant an essential part of this incredible challenge.

Each person will need to perform 60 seconds of continuous cardiac compressions.

Book your place today in the world record attempt. You must arrive within your allocated 30-minute session. There will be plenty to do in the queue and some exciting give aways. Registration fees will be going to charity partners and covering administrative charges.
