Paediatric First Aid
6 hour practical: 9:30 – 16:30 at First Aid for Life’s London training rooms
+ 6 hours online pre-learning if you choose the 12 hour certificate
For nannies, childminders, teachers & nursery workers wishing to be Ofsted registered
Choose the extended 12-hour blended learning option if you:
1. Work with under-5s.
2. Need to be on the Ofsted compulsory register.
3. Need to comply with EYFS.
Emergency First Aid
3 hour practical: 9:30 – 12:30 in First Aid for Life’s London training rooms
Suitable for parents, sports professionals, carers & anyone wishing to learn how to help in an emergency. Covers baby, child and adult first aid.
Participants are welcome to request specific content.
We run Emergency First Aid for Teenagers courses every term. Click here to check available dates. If there isn’t one that suits your schedule, teenagers are welcome on this emergency course.
Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW)
6 hour practical: 9:30 – 16:30 at First Aid for Life’s London training rooms
Suitable for anyone requiring a formal qualification as the designated First Aider in a low-risk organisation of up to 50 people, or as support in larger organisations.
Suitable for sports professionals, personal trainers, health professionals builders, etc.
We cover the full governmental HSE syllabus plus extras. Fully Regulated through Qualsafe.
Bigger organisation? Riskier industry?
If you work in an organisation of 50+ staff members, or work in a high-risk industry, you will need an FAW qualification which is 2 days of practical learning plus 6 hours of online learning.
For the FAW re-qualification (2 day course) you will need to present your current FAW certificate.

Suitable for all workplaces and recommended for larger businesses and those with more complex risks
3 day First Aiders and 2 day re-qualifications can undertake their training on the same 2 days, saving you time and money.
