By the end of the course you will have learnt:
- Prioritising injuries and action in an emergency.
- How to provide immediate medical care in an emergency.
- How to assess if someone is unconscious, whether or not they are breathing and how and when to put them into the recovery position or start CPR.
- We will cover common accidents and injuries relevant to your industry and empower you with the skills and confidence to provide an immediate and appropriate first aid response.
- Baby first aid and Child First Aid and we will always tailor the course to the requirements of your work.

Our Emergency First Aid course is suitable for anyone wishing to gain invaluable basic first aid skills in order to know how to respond in an emergency. The 3 hour course covers adult, baby and child first aid and can be tailored to your requirements, be they for work or for your personal life.
First Aid for Life trainers are experienced health and emergency services professionals and will tailor the training to your needs in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.

Our three-hour Emergency First Aid course, delivered by experienced healthcare professionals, covers adult, child and baby first-aid—letting you focus on the age group most relevant to you. You’ll learn how to prioritise action at an incident, manage the recovery position, perform CPR and use defibrillators, and treat choking, bleeding, burns, head injuries, seizures, febrile convulsions and anaphylaxis (including Epipen use).

Scheduled sessions run at our London venues (often White Eagle Club, Balham) and bespoke courses are available anywhere in the UK.
